最佳价格说的是NBBO就是买入卖出价格，当时的买入卖出价格显示的是0.4/0.4177/最后价格并不是判断交易是否成交的标准/NBBO价格报价显示每个交易所也有显示规则，不是任何价格都显示的。


全国最佳买卖报价（NBBO）指的是任何给定时间内每个证券在所有竞争市场中心上的最佳买价和最佳卖价。

NBBO在交易全天内更新，显示所有交易所和做市商之间对一个证券提供的最高和最低的报价。NBBO中显示的最高买价和最低卖价不必来自同一交易所。来自单一交易所或做市商的最佳买价和卖价被称为“最佳买卖报价”。  最佳买卖报价 和全国最佳买卖报价有区别的！

NBBO, or National Best Bid and Offer, refers the best bid price andthe best offer price available for each security at any given time aggregatedacross all competing market centers.
The NBBO is updated throughout the day to show the highest andlowest offers for a security among all exchanges and market makers. The highestbid price and lowest ask price displayed in the NBBO do not have to come fromthe same exchange. The best bid and ask prices from a single exchange or marketmaker are called “best bid and offer.”
